RULR PRIVACY NOTICE

INFORMATION WE PROCESS

RULR processes the public website URL or selected social handle submitted for a throne, the country selected, the public claim and reign record, and aggregate clicks on the public visibility redirect. For a wallet payment, RULR processes the connected public wallet address, selected network, transaction hash, exact crypto payment quote, and verification result needed to operate the claim.

Wallet addresses and transaction data are public on their relevant blockchain. RULR never asks for, receives, or stores a seed phrase, private key, or other wallet recovery secret.

If you choose to connect a wallet, RULR may remember its public address only in this browser to make reconnection easier. That browser-local convenience record is not a payment credential and can be forgotten from the header.

WHY WE USE IT

We use this information to create and display the fictional throne record, calculate and verify a wallet payment, prevent abuse and fraud, keep transaction and moderation records, count public target visits, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

PUBLIC INFORMATION

A verified claim can make the selected public target, country, claim price, and reign history visible on RULR. Do not submit a private URL, private handle, or personal information that you do not want displayed as part of the public game record.

SHARING AND RETENTION

RULR uses configured server-side RPC providers only to read and verify the submitted on-chain transaction. We retain public reign and transaction records for the operation, safety, accounting, and legal needs of RULR; a later challenge can replace a current public throne without erasing the historical game record.

YOUR PAYMENT AND PRIVACY RIGHTS

For a RULR payment, transaction, refund, or privacy request, contact the RULR public support profile at x.com/CosmicMetaX and include only the relevant public transaction hash where needed. Mandatory rights under applicable privacy or consumer law are not limited by this notice.
