RULR REFUND POLICY
How refund requests and stale on-chain payment races are handled for RULR’s digital public visibility claims.
DIGITAL CLAIMS
A RULR purchase is a digital, fictional public visibility claim for the selected country. The product, country, current price, public target, supported network, and exact selected USDC, USDT, or ETH amount are shown before a wallet transfer is requested.
STALE PAYMENT RACES
If another verified claim wins the same throne before your payment is finalized, RULR records the attempt as stale. A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed automatically; a later refund review is not payment or throne evidence.
REFUND REQUESTS
Completed claims are normally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where RULR approves a duplicate, fraud, processing, or other eligible case. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer withdrawal or refund rights.
To request a refund or ask about an order, contact x.com/CosmicMetaX and include the public transaction hash where available. Never send a seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery secret.
ON-CHAIN TRANSFERS
A supported network, wallet confirmation, and finalized on-chain transfer are required before RULR can verify a claim. Network fees are charged by the blockchain, not RULR, and are not refundable by RULR. A refund request by itself never grants, transfers, or changes a fictional RULR throne.
